This was some of the best customer service I’ve received in Savannah in a long time. I didn’t know why my Macbook was not turning on and I gave this place a call. Farzin (“Ozzy”) was super kind and helpful. He resolved my issue the day after I dropped my computer off, and he was happy to explain everything. Pricing was clear, and the diagnostic deposit went towards the total cost once it was fixed. Having computer issues can be scary, so I’m really thankful they made this such a smooth and simple process for me. Thanks again!
Charged me $150 up front to fix my phone and said the part would be in by Monday (it was Friday when I dropped it off). It got to Thursday of the next week and I hadn't received a call about my phone yet. When I called them and asked about it, they told me that they didn't know anything about it and I should wait until 530 when the tech gets here to find out more. I went to the store after 530 after calling multiple times and they were closed, even though the posted hours said they should be open. Friday I went in and they finally fixed my phone after asking about it. By Saturday, my home button had stopped working so I took it in and they guy ripped it off my phone and said that it was my fault. He wanted to charge another $30 to fix it. I didn't want to pay more to get it fixed so I left. Now, a couple weeks later the touch screen on my phone is malfunctioning. Would not ever recommend anyone going here.
I went in a few weeks ago to get my screen fixed, it was cracked to the point where I could barely type a text. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! He was also super nice to my 18m old daughter, which I was thankful for as she was running around the store lol. I will definitely be returning!
Went into Fixit solutions with a broken nintendo switch. Staff was very helpful and resolved my issue within 20 minutes. Was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care they took when repairing my console. 11/10 in my book!
Went in today after leaving ONE STOP wireless down the road On 7640 Abercorn where the phone repair guy in there had just given me a rundown after not even looking at my phone (just trying to make profit 🥴) that he was gonna have to keep my phone overnight and run test on it to see what was wrong with it charge me for that and then if nothings wrong he could replace the screen. Maybe ! He said! i left immediately drove here and the guy when i walked in was very friendly as i entered. He asked me what was wrong i told him only half of the screen was working he told me he would take a look at it & from what i told him was going on he told me he could fix it in maybe 20 minutes!!! OMG i cannot make up it only took him 15 minutes and only cost 75 with previous water damage on an IPhone! I’m so happy to have my phone back! GO HERE!
