So to start this off, a black cloud has flown over me for the last week before coming here yesterday, I went through some BS but with the two gentlemen here we’re able to help me unscrew my situation with a broken phone and the inability to log into my new phone because I broke the last phone and on top of that, gave me peace of mind in regards to finding things I couldn’t not get access too with my air tags. I came in with tremendous grief and left a significantly better mental state. (My phone is heavily needed for work) Did not realize how crippled I would be without my Apple ID. They were able to assist me and for a price that was so much better than what I imagined it going to be. I am very grateful for these guys and I will be absolutely bringing my business to them in the future and I will Share this with others as well. 10/10 Across the board. They know their stuff, they are kind, they are very understanding. I don’t know where people got off, saying about over pricing stuff. If you want OEM parts, you are going to be paying for it and it’s not pretty. But aftermarket stuff is very fair if you can tolerate, which, for my purposes, was perfect. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. Hopefully I won’t need your guys services too often, but I know exactly where I’ll be going when I do. Thanks again guys, you have given me so much peace of mind!! Oh yea, and they did it in such a short time too which was phenomenal! That’s definitely a nice plus too!

Following up with my previous review. I was offered a great discount on getting my screen swapped again and given a better screen. The gentlemen was understanding. Although I believe they should not offer the LCD screens because they literally do not work with any newer iphones

*UPDATE* I recommend the HD screen, don't waste your time getting the cheaper screen because you get what you pay for. The manager was 100% helpful & definitely made everything extremely smooth! THANK YOUUUU! 🥰 my phone back in motion glitching & back to normal!
